Two Toe Tuesday: Out of Town Edition

P1060163

I'm out of town at a work retreat in gorgeous Leavenworth, WA, and I've got to get some sleep but here's the new pair of socks I started last week. I got a lot done on the bus on the way here, and I'm loving the pattern (The Double Eyelet Rib (pdf download) sock by Wendy, available at the Loopy Ewe). The yarn is Smooshy, and it's really really great. I'll try to take some nature-y photos tomorrow, it's really gorgeous here.

Are you at Sleeping Lady by chance? What color Smooshy is that? It is lovely!!!

I gotta learn to do two socks at a time! Having major second sock syndrome here.

Great socks! I might have to try those! I've been itching to do a toe-up sock!

I get to go to the Sleeping Lady in May!

I love Smooshy. How hard is it to do 2 at once on ML? I fluctuate between wanting to learn something new (okay, two things; toe-up and two at once) and being happy with what I do.

That looks like a great stitch pattern. Is it difficult to memorize? Love the color and the smooshiness!
